The texture was more fibrous than flat and the sweetness of the Italian tomatoes it was served on complimented the fattier creaminess of the buffalo milk wonderfully. This made for an interesting and subtle mix of flavours. The ham was chewy, cheslea smelly for my preference and the chili was extremely subtle.

The pizza menu ranges from the classic to the surprising, but what they have in common is decadence. Not because it’s not filling, Jeez, is it fillingbut because it’s so incredibly good cold the next morning. Spread thick with ricotta and then filled with authentic Napoli ingredients the resulting calzone is not an over-inflated shell but instead has the texture and appearance of two artisan pizzas simply laid face-to-face and crimped at the edges.
