Smooth, bold and rich, paired with a good cognac it is hard to beat. On the pre-light draw, Colrado was a bit disappointed as it was very woody. True to the last draw. The Colorado wrapper is oily and gorgeous.
You would think we would get more hits from people searching for cigar reviews. Never had the Ellington. Glad I bought them.
Xikar HC Series Habano Colorado – Cigar Review
Lets light up, shall we. It is a peppery, leathery smoke with a black cherry note on the finish.
Will be buying this one again. This is a fairly strong cigar with some nic-kick, especially for a medium bodied cigar. The flavor is pretty good also, a little harsh at first but it habxno away after the first few puffs.
Costa Rica, Jalapa NicaraguaHonduras. Very little after taste the next day. As for the depth of the flavor notes, the flavors in the first half are going weries have more depth than the second half.
Do you have pictues of them? There is good balance between strength and body in the first half, but in the second half the strength is going to have a slight edge over the flavors in the second half of the cigar.
There were also some secondary notes of pepper present on the tongue. I get a sweet chocolate on the cold draw and a perfect draw.
Nearing the nub and the sweetness has faded. Overall, flavors were nice eeries the construction made it a xkkar to smoke. Mabye a little less sweetness too. If you want a great tasting cigar at this price go no further.
The HC Habano Colorado has a wrapper true to its name — namely one with that classic coorado colorado color. Habano Colorado — Jalapa Valley Binder: Creamy and sweet but with a slight chocolate and coffee finish. Good cigar for the price. The burn is excellent and construction is spot on. Although the flavor was good to excellent. Didn’t taste any pepper really, but more leather notes. Appearance For this cigar assessment I went with the Churchill vitola.
It is well constructed, burns evenly, full bodied with a creamy, spicy flavor.
